“The format of residences for the Flacon design plant franchise is supposed to be different, depending on the type of premises and the set of“modules”- standardized and packaged business units that we have at Flacon in Moscow, for example, coffee shops, hostels, show rooms, event-sites, etc., - said the head of the Flacon Franchise Mikhail Egoshin. “Plus, we know well the regions and what it is possible to earn on, therefore, despite the fact that administratively new residences will be organizationally arranged in the same way, they will outwardly be projects that are unlike each other.”

In total, in the five-year development plan of the Flacon Franchise project, the task is to open up to 30 new residences in the regions of Russia.
