Let us remind you that the apartment complex "Rassvet LOFT * STUDIO" appeared as a result of the redevelopment of the territory of the machine-building plant "Rassvet". The protagonist of the project - which is obvious when it comes to the "loft" style - is brick.
It used several collections of hand-molded Rostov bricks from the Donskiye Zori plant - Divnogorye, Matveevsky, Elizavetinsky, Chocolate, Stepnoy, Demidovsky, Starodonskoy. Moreover, the brick is here not only on the facades, but also in the interiors of both public spaces (halls, corridors and lobbies) and residential premises.
Hand-molded bricks "Donskiye Zori" are distinguished by a low price in comparison with Western counterparts, compliance with Russian building materials standards, as well as high strength and frost resistance, which is a strict and mandatory condition for the Russian construction industry.
