The Russian company "TATPROF" has been producing aluminum profiles for various purposes for over 30 years. Its history began with one small laboratory press plant - now TATPROF produces about 60,000 tons of aluminum profiles per year. At the same time, from the very beginning, a full production cycle was organized at the plant, and later, on the basis of its own aluminum profiles, they began to produce enclosing structures. The program calculates the aluminum structures of the TATPROF system, determines the materials required for its manufacture and generates both design and technological documentation. TATPROF has become one of the main suppliers for large facilities that participated in international sports competitions: the Universiade in Kazan (2013), the Olympic Games in Sochi (2014) and the FIFA Confederations Cup (2017). Sports facilities always have large glazing zones with corresponding loads, which greatly complicates the development and installation of architectural systems. In addition, international sports organizations - such as FIFA - impose strict requirements on buildings, which relate to the construction technology, and the condition of the coating, and the materials themselves.

One of such objects in the TATPROF portfolio is the Bolshoi Ice Palace in Sochi, the main hockey stadium of the 2014 Olympics, and now it is the home arena of HC Sochi. On the basis of the TPSK-60500 series, the TATPROF design department developed a unique system of profiles for the Sochi sports complex, which made it possible to make the roof in the form of a complex dome - the volume simultaneously resembles both a seashell and a dew drop. The structure is designed without clamping strips, so that the joints are in the same plane with the glass. The solution made it possible to achieve the smoothest and most uniform dome surface.

At the St. Petersburg Gazprom Arena, which was built in 2017 by the project of the Japanese architect Kise Kurokawa, almost all the products of the TATPROF system were used. The unique stadium has become one of the main venues for the Confederations Cup and the 2018 FIFA World Cup. The translucent part of the complex's stained-glass windows is made of the TP-50300 system of cold and warm design. These structures are distinguished by their robust assembly, they do not rust and do not require painting.

The technical solutions used in TPT-65 make it possible to speed up and simplify the assembly and installation process. For the roof of the stadium, special profiles and seals with a membrane covering were mastered.

In some of them - for example, in Moscow and Yekaterinburg - stadiums inherited from the Soviet era were reconstructed, but most of the sports facilities were built from scratch specifically for the world championship. Kazan-Arena became the very first on this list: its opening took place in 2013, four years before the world championship.
