Aluminum is one of the youngest metals discovered by man, but today there is almost no field of activity where it is not found. Aluminum has special strength, lightness, resistance to external influences and for this it is called the most promising building material of the future.

The Russian company "TATPROF" has been producing aluminum profiles for various purposes for over 30 years. Its history began with one small laboratory press plant - now TATPROF produces about 60,000 tons of aluminum profiles per year. At the same time, from the very beginning, a full production cycle was organized at the plant, and later, on the basis of its own aluminum profiles, they began to produce enclosing structures. Today, TATPROF's "track record" includes ventilated and element facades, translucent structures, unique translucent roofs, hatches, doors, windows, cold and warm stained-glass windows.

For comfortable work with TATPROF products there is even a special software - TatProf3D. The program calculates the aluminum structures of the TATPROF system, determines the materials required for its manufacture and generates both design and technological documentation. When working with TatProf3D, you can enable multi-user mode, which allows you to copy products of other users.

Over the years, TATPROF has earned a reputation as a conscientious supplier and manufacturer. She is trusted by many architectural and design bureaus, construction firms and individuals.

For athletes and fans

TATPROF has become one of the main suppliers for large facilities that participated in international sports competitions: the Universiade in Kazan (2013), the Olympic Games in Sochi (2014) and the FIFA Confederations Cup (2017). Sports facilities always have large glazing zones with corresponding loads, which greatly complicates the development and installation of architectural systems. In addition, international sports organizations - such as FIFA - impose strict requirements on buildings, which relate to the construction technology, and the condition of the coating, and the materials themselves.

One of such objects in the TATPROF portfolio is the Bolshoi Ice Palace in Sochi, the main hockey stadium of the 2014 Olympics, and now it is the home arena of HC Sochi. On the basis of the TPSK-60500 series, the TATPROF design department developed a unique system of profiles for the Sochi sports complex, which made it possible to make the roof in the form of a complex dome - the volume simultaneously resembles both a seashell and a dew drop. The structure is designed without clamping strips, so that the joints are in the same plane with the glass. The solution made it possible to achieve the smoothest and most uniform dome surface.

The ice rink was awarded a BREEAM certificate for the use of environmentally friendly materials and energy efficient technologies. The palace received additional points for the use of the eco-sustainable facade of the TATPROF system.

At the St. Petersburg Gazprom Arena, which was built in 2017 by the project of the Japanese architect Kise Kurokawa, almost all the products of the TATPROF system were used. The unique stadium has become one of the main venues for the Confederations Cup and the 2018 FIFA World Cup. The translucent part of the complex's stained-glass windows is made of the TP-50300 system of cold and warm design. These structures are distinguished by their robust assembly, they do not rust and do not require painting.

In addition, a reinforced window and door series TPT-65 was used at the facility. The series is made from combined profiles with a thermal break. The technical solutions used in TPT-65 make it possible to speed up and simplify the assembly and installation process. For the roof of the stadium, special profiles and seals with a membrane covering were mastered.

It must be said that the FIFA World Cup has become a kind of catalyst for the construction sector. The competitions, which lasted a whole month, were held at 12 stadiums in 11 cities of the country. In some of them - for example, in Moscow and Yekaterinburg - stadiums inherited from the Soviet era were reconstructed, but most of the sports facilities were built from scratch specifically for the world championship. Kazan-Arena became the very first on this list: its opening took place in 2013, four years before the world championship. The building, which resembles a water lily, is visually quite light - despite its fundamental nature. TATPROF systems helped to achieve the impression of airiness: TP 50300 facade series, TP-50400 sun-protection slats and TPT-65 warm series

Another sports facility in the TATPROF portfolio is

Kazan Tennis Academy. It was erected specifically for the Universiade held in 2013 in Kazan. The project used the same facade system TP-50300 and window-door series TPT-65 as at the Gazprom Arena. In addition, the project involves a series of TP-50400 sun-protection lamellas - light, multifunctional and durable.

For business clusters and residential areas of megacities

Of course, the experience of the company's specialists and the quality of the products produced extend not only to sports complexes. So, aluminum products from Naberezhnye Chelny were used to create giant stained-glass windows on the facades administrative and business center

Pallau RB in Moscow. The architectural solution for the complex was developed by the workshop "Sergey Kiselev and Partners". EK-89 window units are integrated into the facades of the buildings made of TP-50300 profile. The large-scale glass walls reflect the sky, the busy intersection nearby, and the townspeople on their way.

The company "TATPROF" was also engaged in glazing of a large residential complex"

Orange Park . To date, five buildings have been commissioned, and by 2022 it is planned to commission the same number. Facade series TP-50300, enclosing structures EK-640 and windows TPT-65 were used at the facility. Elements of the EK-640 series protect the building from rain, snow, wind, dust and noise and provide thermal insulation of the premises.

Another large residential project that used TATPROF aluminum profiles is

Residential complex in Odintsovo, designed by the architectural bureau "Ostozhenka". The complex occupies a vast area of 3.1 hectares. All three of its buildings have TPT-65 windows.

For renovation and reconstruction - an individual approach

Reconstruction of gas tanks on the territory of the business cluster"

Arma "(workshop" Sergei Kiselev & Partners ") was also held with the participation of TATPROF. With the help of TATPROF glazing technologies, circular panoramic windows were made in the upper part of gas holders - buildings built in the 19th century and used for gas storage. offices, cafes, shops are located in them. "Regular" windows of the towers and entrance lobbies are made with the participation of anodized profile of the TPT-65 series.

Business Center"

2.18 "in Naberezhnye Chelny - one of the most striking buildings in the city - has also experienced a kind of revitalization. The building was erected on the site of a long-term construction of the late Soviet era, using its frame during the implementation. By the way, the business center was nicknamed "skullcap" for its resemblance to the national headdress. The TATPROF company supplied the TP-50300 stained-glass windows, as well as the TPT-65 series windows and doors.

Not so long ago, TATPROF received the European CE certificate of conformity. This means that the company's products comply with the basic requirements of EU directives and standards. The CE marking certifies that the products are harmless to humans and the environment.

Stained glass systems "TATPROF" are installed at dozens of objects in Russia and the CIS. They allow you to technically competently and aesthetically implement any project for individual construction.
