We have already talked about the Vander Park residential complex many times. It is located at the top of one of the Krylatsky hills and looks more like a mini-city than an ordinary residential area. As part of Vander Park - as many as eight residential towers of different heights, arranged in a closed structure. The buildings with a height of 19 to 26 floors are united by a stylobate, which bends around the site almost flush with its border. The architectural design was developed by de Architekten Cie, based in Amsterdam, and the concept was proposed by West 8, headquartered in Rotterdam.
On a small plot of 2.4 hectares, the Dutch architects managed to place everything they needed: residential buildings, a well-thought-out house space and a rich infrastructure. So, about half of the entire area of the site is given over to a courtyard with green spaces and playgrounds for children of different ages. On the territory of the complex there is a fitness club with a swimming pool, a medical center, in the stylobate part there is a place for a beauty salon, a pharmacy, a bank, a dry cleaner, a supermarket, a children's club and other establishments. Vander Park residents can lead a fulfilling and fulfilling life without leaving their own backyard.
From the outside, the complex resembles a giant construction set: residential towers consist of several blocks, displaced and deployed at an angle to each other. Segmentation, on the one hand, made it possible to move away from the traditional image of high-rise buildings towards a “vertical city” - one that does not grow horizontally, but expands upward. On the other hand, the breakdown of the towers into blocks and the displacement of the latter facilitates the massiveness of the structure, and from a purely practical point of view, it allows the developer to comply with the insolation standards.
Monolithic cases, although made in the same style, visually differ from each other - primarily in color and texture of the finish. The clinker bricks of the German manufacturer Hagemeister helped to draw this "watershed": 28,000 m2 are covered with this material.2 surfaces of LCD facades. The general partner of Hagemeister in Russia is "Firm" KIRILL "and it was she who supplied the entire volume of bricks to the object.
Dutch architects have already worked with clinker bricks on other projects and appreciated its physical and aesthetic characteristics, but this was the first time de Architekten Cie had to deal with long format bricks (290 mm). As it turned out, the increased dimensions of the tiles have their advantages: the joints between the bricks become more invisible, and the facade of the building turns into one continuous brick sheet.
Six different grades of Hagemeister brick clinker, differing in texture and shade, were used for finishing the facades of the Vander Park residential complex. These are smooth bricks from the Lübeck GT “colorful collection”, Kopenhagen BA beige-brown and Luca GT + FU red-orange - both with a rough surface, as well as white and smooth Weimar HS. In the project, bricks were used in shades of the so-called "Bavarian masonry": dark, almost black, Liverpool GT + FU and Woerden alt=" GT - in red-brown tones.
Clinker is a durable and reliable material that retains its color, texture and quality for centuries. The brick is fired in a kiln at a temperature of at least 1250 ° C, which contributes to obtaining a denser shard without cavities and voids. The shade of the brick is different each time.
The Hagemeister company was founded in 1870. It manufactures façade clinker and paving stones, the range includes more than 500 colors, formats and brick structures. The general partner of Hagemeister in Russia is Firm KIRILL JSC.
