Stellar is located in a new development area on the western outskirts of Ahmedabad, one of the main economic centers of India. The 110-meter building stretching along the street accommodates shops and other retail facilities on the first three floors, and four levels of offices above. The garage occupies two underground levels.
The client asked for the maximum allocation of a two-level office "penthouse" with an area of 500 m2 in the northwest corner of the building. Sanjay Puri and his colleagues have wrapped this volume in red aluminum with ornamental perforations. It contrasts with its complex silhouette and color with the rectangular volumes of the rest of the building, but it also has a terrace facing north, towards the street, like other offices.

If the entrance to the shops is arranged from the side of the road, then to the offices - from the southern, rear façade. In the shopping area along the building there are corridor streets with natural ventilation. If from the north there are panoramic windows and terraces, then from the south the windows are made compact, taking into account the hot climate of Ahmedabad. Collection of rainwater and its further use is provided, solar panels provide lighting for the premises.
