In the Krasnogorsk district of the Moscow region, the Otrada residential complex is being built, surprising even the most demanding real estate buyers. Seven monolithic buildings with a height of 7 to 16 floors were built using Ecolife technology using materials that are durable and safe for people and the environment. For example, clinker bricks and wood are used in the decoration of facades and entrances. And for insulation, ROCKWOOL stone wool insulation was chosen, marked with the EcoMaterial Absolute environmental safety mark.
In 2017, after the appearance of the first buildings, the Otrada residential complex received the Urban Awards - a quality mark on the residential real estate market, confirming the high rank of the project. The developer managed to create a space surrounded by a well-equipped forested area and at the same time located within walking distance from the metro, schools, kindergartens, developing children's centers, cafes, restaurants. The residential complex is located just 5 minutes from the metro stations Pyatnitskoe shosse and Mitino, and there is a forest around. The architecture of the buildings is laconic and expressive. At the same time, the quarter harmoniously combines the features of deconstructivism with elements of modernity and eco-design.
The architects and designers of the complex paid attention to the smallest details to create a comfortable and safe environment for the residents of Otrada. A striking example is the facades and roofs of buildings insulated with ROCKWOOL non-combustible thermal insulation made of natural stone. Thanks to the use of this solution, heat losses are reduced, the humidity of the walls is stabilized and a comfortable temperature regime in the premises is provided.

VENTI BATTS N, VENTI BATTS and KAVITI BATTS with high thermal insulation properties and optimal air permeability. Effective insulation will allow residents to save on heating and air conditioning costs. This also has a positive effect on the environment, as even the slightest energy savings, especially in densely populated areas, lead to a decrease in CO2 emissions and therefore help to protect the environment.

For the insulation of the roof, RUF BATTS D STANDARD and RUF BATTS N OPTIMA slabs were used. They have an optimal combination of strength characteristics and create effective protection against both heat loss and the rapid spread of fire in the event of a fire.
Monolithic brick construction technology in combination with stone wool solutions provides excellent fire safety, as well as heat and sound insulation in each apartment of the complex.
