The West Garden residential complex is located in the prestigious western part of Moscow, at the intersection of ul. Minsk and Kiev directions of the railway. The windows offer views of the City, Victory Park, Ramenki embankment and Matveevsky forest. The peculiarity of the complex is the natural territory accessible to residents, from where the name comes from, which means "Western Gardens". The complex consists of 19 houses of 12-14 floors. The houses are grouped into two clusters: the quieter River Line and the richer Park Line.
The architecture of the West Garden was developed by the famous SPICH bureau by Sergey Tchoban. All buildings of the complex have unique facades with the use of glass fiber concrete, brick, granite, multifunctional glass, which are distinguished by their durability. “In this project, we paid great attention to a variety of facade solutions that give absolutely every house an individual look that is interesting to look at and, thanks to the selected materials, pleasant to the touch,” says Sergei Choban.
The company "ORTOST FASAD" LLC will carry out work on the design, production and installation of facade panels of buildings No. 2 and No. 5. The facade of building No. 2 will be made by specialists of the company "ORTOST FASAD" LLC completely of light-colored glass fiber concrete. Like stone, this material allows you to structure the facade with the help of tiers - higher, three- and two-story, and separating them one-story, ribbon-like. Window frames profiled by the type of caissons create the effect of the depth of the wall, a rich cut-off surface.
Building No. 5 belongs to the River Line river cluster. It, especially from the upper penthouse floor, offers the best views of the City and Victory Park. It's called Panorama. For him, the company "ORTOST FASAD" manufactures hinged facades of glass fiber reinforced concrete with decorative ornaments.
At the moment, the installation of the substructure of the hinged facade system is underway in both buildings. The total amount of installation work will be approximately 7000 square meters.
