The structure, with its clear geometrized forms, arranged dynamically and gracefully, is typical of the individual style of the architect.
The facades are lined with zinc panels, forming an unexpected pattern that develops vertically. The walls themselves are built of limestone; the elevator shafts are covered with copper cladding. The arcade in front of the glazed first floor serves as an entrance to the main lobby, which is spread over three levels. Two halls are designed, respectively, for 2000 and 450 seats. The main one, rectangular in plan, is illuminated by skylight windows. Its walls are tiled, the balcony and stage are wood-paneled. An acoustic screen, also made of wood, is hung under the concrete ceilings above the stage.
The $ 92 million project was carried out in a city of only 400,000 inhabitants.
