The five-story department store was erected on a triangular section; the new complex has 15,000 sq. m. m of retail space. The basis of the architectural image of the building is the slightly curved streamlined glass envelope of the building. It lags 2 meters behind the ends of the floor slabs, thus creating a single light space inside. It is supported by 66 glued timber trusses, which are in themselves a decorative element. The façade overlooking the Antonsgasse lane is faced with natural stone.
The construction of the center took more time than originally anticipated, as it stood up for two years due to a litigation between the developer and the contractor.
