The Farrer Road massif will be located on an area of 8.35 hectares. It will include 7 towers with a height of 36 floors and 12 villas.
The new residential complex continues Hadid's series of projects for Singapore, on which she has been working for 10 years. Previously, these were urban planning solutions for entire districts, but now the architect is faced with the task of a more detailed study of the fabric of urban development.
Also, seven skyscrapers became an opportunity for Zaha Hadid to further develop the tower typology in her work. An equally important aspect of the project is the use of natural forms and organic growth systems for the digital generation of architectural forms. In this case, all the towers consist of separate "petals": this solution made it possible to make different from each other not only each building, but also each tier inside it.
The project budget is 1.1 million pounds.
