All infrastructure, a network of shopping and entertainment establishments will be designed for consumers of the highest level; this is not the first such project in Kuwait, and it is almost commonplace if you look at it on a regional scale. Many states in the Middle East are trying to lay the foundation for their prosperity in the future when their oil reserves are depleted. The best alternative to the energy industry seems to them to be tourism. Therefore, in the last 10-15 years, projects of "ideal cities" have constantly appeared (and are already being implemented), where all residents - people from different countries of the world - are respectable and more than well-off, the infrastructure and life support system are at the highest level, and are often observed the most stringent "green" standards.

It remains only to be surprised at the ease with which real estate dealers bring closer the future, familiar from science fiction novels: a new social structure is created only with the help of active advertising and thoughtful investment of funds: a utopia for a wealthy minority, a dystopia for an army of service personnel and builders, a unique polygon of ideas for architects.
