The Sretenka Design Week festival will begin today and, like last year, will again spill out beyond the galleries into the space of the capital's streets. Art objects and architectural installations of Russian and foreign participants can be seen on the territory of Tsvetnoy Boulevard and adjacent lanes, in the Pir OGI club. at Sretenka and the DesignBoom store. An updated exhibition "Unknown Objects" will open in the VKHUTEMAS gallery for the festival, and on October 9 a master class "Paperclay or manuscripts that do not burn" by artist Natalia Khlebtsevich will take place. On October 15, an experimental performance "From word to deed" with the participation of the Creative Association "Pocherkon", showing the video "Moving" and so on will also be held there.
On October 11, Moscow Design Week will begin, the main venues of which will be the Red October Factory, the Polytechnic Museum, Provision Warehouses, Winzavod and others.
The main architectural review of the year - the Zodchestvo festival - opens at the Manege next Friday.
