Consisting of three rectangular tower blocks, the ensemble is located on the border between the center of the town of Santa Coloma de Gramenet and the Singerlin area; they are separated, and at the same time, connected by the B20 motorway, hidden under the park of Europe. But if the center of the city faces the outskirts with a front of houses of equal height, then Singerlin, rising up the slope of the hill, is built up irregularly, sometimes even chaotically; it does not have a clear "image".
But now the three buildings of La Pallaresa serve as a kind of gateway to the area, marking its location in the urban landscape: this contributes both to their height (the tower with private apartments - 25 floors, social housing - 14, and the hotel - 7), and the white color of the facades. contrasting with the terracotta tones of the surrounding buildings. A hotel and multiplex cinema complete Singerlin's infrastructure. There are a total of 200 apartments in the complex.
The “multi-storey” structure of the complex made it possible to free up space for greenery: now 8,500 m2 connect the Europa Park and the sports and leisure center located higher up the slope, surrounded by a small park.
The three housings are located relative to each other in such a way that the cantilevers above their entrances form a shaded "plaza".
