Traditionally, the distinguishing features of the TOP-1000 rating are its undeniable objectivity and the basic principle - “the best choose the best”. It is this principle, originally laid down with the use of a simple and transparent mechanism for forming this assessment, that allows you to get the most objective picture of the manager's professional reputation.
This is the second time that the TOP-1000 regional business executives rating has been compiled, but it was first published only this year. Heads of 81 constituent entities of the Russian Federation, as well as heads of regional business associations, who were invited to assess top managers in their regions, territories, regions and republics that have the greatest impact on their economy and development, were invited to participate in the project as the main experts. nominate to participate in the ranking. The Association of Managers is confident that the rating of regional executives will gain the same popularity as the rating “TOP-1000 Russian Managers”.
