We continue to accept applications for the architectural competition "Home for Life in Balance with Nature"
The architectural competition for energy efficient projects "Home for Life in Balance with Nature", organized by ROCKWOOL in conjunction with the International Exhibition of Architecture and Design ARCH Moscow, continues to accept works. To date, we have received more than 100 applications from different regions of Russia and from abroad. The geography of the competition has significantly expanded this year: architects from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Lithuania and Italy have announced their desire to participate. We invite everyone who has not yet had time to become a participant in the competition to submit their project and become a contender for the main prize - one million rubles.
Let us remind you that architects who are the authors of projects of country houses are invited to participate in the competition "House for Life in Balance with Nature". Basic requirements for the project: an area of no more than 350 m2, the cost of construction (with interior decoration and engineering) - no more than 30,000 rubles / m2. The project must have a low energy consumption not exceeding 60 kWh per m2 per year.
The deadline for submitting applications for participation in the competition is January 31, 2013. Finished projects are accepted until February 11, 2013.
The announcement of the finalists of the competition is scheduled for March 1, 2013. The works of the finalists will be presented at the ARCH Moscow exhibition, which will be held from 22 to 26 May 2013 at the Central House of Artists. The winners will be awarded during the gala evening that concludes the exhibition.
