The array, consisting of six residential buildings, is located on the high shore of Lake Constance. The architects sought to fit the buildings into the landscape as organically as possible and at the same time provide all apartments with winning views of the water surface. It is to this task that the decisions of the general plan are subordinated: the houses are arranged on the site in such a way that none of them block the view of the lake for their neighbors. In terms of the building, they resemble the figures of the game "Tetris", none of which is repeated, although each of them is based on an elongated rectangle, with its narrow side facing the lake.
The architectural design of the buildings is also dictated by the desire to open them as much as possible to the lake. True, since the neighboring areas are built up quite densely, and the local climate cannot be called hot, there was no talk of creating completely transparent facades. The authors used brick, the brutality of which was compensated by the rounded corners of the houses and the creation of very wide balconies. Each apartment of the new complex receives its own "viewpoint", and residents of the uppermost, fifth, floors become owners of spacious terraces.
Interfloor ceilings and balconies are highlighted by narrow horizontal belts of dark metal, further emphasizing the “layered” structure of the buildings. This technique, as well as the softened plasticity of the structures, as well as the light terracotta color of the brick facades, helps to fit the buildings into the existing slope and make them an integral part of the landscape. In addition to the access road, a network of pedestrian paths and a landscaped area have been made on the territory of the residential complex.
