LOR - Lisboa open room. Photo: en.archmedium.com Portugal is a country with a rich culture and history, but the political situation has led to the fact that there are fewer and fewer high-quality public buildings. The organizers propose to create a unique piece of architecture that will perform as many functions as possible and accommodate as many events as possible. It should become a place open to citizens, activating the environment and setting an example of good architecture with limited resources. The building will be the answer to the challenge of magazine cover architecture, which appears without regard for the historical context of the place, socio-economic conditions and expediency.
