Such methods of struggle are not new in our time. But in this particular case, it was clear that this is a custom project, specially prepared for it for a long time.

We analyzed every photo and every review using modern technical means. The authors posted their messages on these sites in social networks from the ip-addresses of India, China, South Africa. The same photos were used to describe different stories, etc. This was an indirect confirmation of the targeted preparation of materials by an organized group of individuals. Their goal was to discredit the ALUTECH brand in the eyes of consumers.

How soon did you manage to find sites discrediting the holding's reputation?

Alexander: - We managed to fix the appearance of a suspicious project a few hours after its launch. For this, the company possesses high-tech information resources. Later, we saw bursts of posts to promote it on social networks. Then the cybercriminals connected contextual advertising channels and black optimization methods to the promotion.

What is the future of the sites?

Alexander: - Together with the management of ALUTECH Group of Companies, we decided to leave these sites and publish the court decision on them.

Denis Martinovich, Director of Legal Support of ALUTECH Group of Companies, said that collecting evidence for filing a claim was not difficult. And the experience gained will allow us to more quickly respond to such cases of unfair competition on the Internet.

- ALUTECH did not have such legal experience. But, the legal basis for litigation in this kind of cases exists both in Belarus and in Russia. And within the framework of the Eurasian Union, all processes proceed according to a well-oiled principle, clearly and quickly. After the discovery of suspicious resources, a competent team was immediately assembled to promptly collect and record the necessary evidence.

- We assumed that this was the handiwork of individual competitors. Therefore, the priority was the goal - to punish the violators. To do this, our employees acted exclusively according to the law and achieved justice, albeit a long, but honest way. And, as practice has shown, even in such a dynamic environment as the Internet, traces always remain. We will continue to strictly suppress such provocations against the brand by legal means.
