Last winter, NST, a Russian manufacturer of equipment for glass fiber reinforced concrete with 25 years of experience, presented an updated line of SFB complexes of the SC-45 series: with gerotor and peristaltic mortar pumps. Both models are targeted at a wide range of construction companies, including architectural workshops.

Recall that glass fiber concrete (SFB) is a unique composite material consisting of a cement-sand mortar and fiberglass pieces reinforcing it. It is used for exterior decoration of buildings, creation of decorative stucco molding and small architectural forms (garden and park structures, outdoor furniture, zoning elements). In low-rise housing construction, cladding with slabs and multilayer heat-insulating panels made of glass fiber reinforced concrete is popular. Company "NST" offers professional equipment for glass fiber concreteguaranteeing the production of products with the required properties and specified design characteristics. The line of SFB-equipment is represented by 2 types of complexes of the SC-45 series: with a gerotor and with a peristaltic pump.

The equipment consists of a mortar pump station with a central control panel and a spray gun. The set includes a manipulator, on which the mortar and air hoses are hung, as well as guides for fixing the glass thread. The boom of the manipulator has a large radius of action, which greatly facilitates the operator's work during the spraying process. Since April 2016, mixers for the preparation of mortar and premix mixtures have entered serial production.

From the control panel panel, all the necessary adjustments and switching of operating modes of the pumping station are carried out, including switching the operation to reverse mode. The control panel provides precise adjustments and airflow control for all air ducts. The hopper with vibrating sieve guarantees an even material flow without unwanted inclusions.

One of the important advantages of the SC-45 equipment is its increased reliability, since all the main units of the SFB-complex are hermetically protected from water and ready-mix ingress. It is important to note that any mechanical unit can be quickly replaced, which reduces repair time and, accordingly, reduces equipment downtime.

The units are characterized by mobility, ease of use and ease of maintenance. It is possible to train personnel to work on such equipment as soon as possible.

Equipment for SFB with a gerotor pump

RN SFB UM4 - a specially designed installation with a gerotor pump, designed for pumping and applying mortar for the production of glass fiber reinforced concrete by the method of classical pneumatic spraying (with reinforcement up to 7%).

The design of the pump system uses a screw pair to ensure a smooth flow of the solution.

Equipment for SFP with peristaltic pump

RNP SFB UM6 - equipment for glass fiber concrete with a peristaltic (hose) pump, designed for both classical pneumatic spraying of SFB (with reinforcement up to 7%), and for spraying a solution containing fiberglass (spray-premix method, reinforcement up to 2%), as well as pouring the finished premix -mixtures into the mold.

In a peristaltic pump, the solution does not come into contact with the moving parts, which allows maintaining the integrity of the fibers. The hose can be easily removed for inspection or replacement. It has increased wear resistance, guaranteeing a long service life - up to 2000 hours.
