This criterion, in particular, pays a lot of attention to the system of voluntary certification of buildings according to the criteria of their energy efficiency and environmental friendliness - the world famous LEED. Its reputation is undeniable, and the process of evaluating buildings for LEED is known to be complex and depends on many indicators, including, to a large extent, on the properties of the building materials used.
