"ASP-Technology" Is a Russian manufacturer of high-tech engineering products used for interior and exterior decoration of buildings. ASP-Technology is a part of RPO Albes. The success and demand for products are ensured by the consistently high quality of materials and their affordable cost. The own production of ASP-Technology with the use of Italian equipment, based in the city of Vidnoye, near Moscow, makes it possible to produce the most diverse range of ceiling and wall systems, PERFATEN raised floors and curtain walls, acoustic and fire-resistant cladding complexes.
A variety of options for processing material in the factory allows you to implement almost any architectural and design project. Ready-made collections include panels with decorative painting using thermal vacuum technology. This technique is called sublimation. Sublimation allows not only to supplement the standard color palette with new original shades, but also to create imitations of wood or stone textures. Also available in powder coating, laser cutting, perforation to improve room acoustics. In addition, for the manufacture and decoration of a whole range of ceiling, wall and facade products, ASP-Technology uses large-format printing and expanded mesh. Panels made of such a mesh can be used either as a decoration or as independent cladding screens.
During its existence, the company has implemented more than 500 objects of various functional purposes throughout the country and in the neighboring countries. Perhaps the largest production segment of the company is metal ceilings and wall panels.
PERFATEN. Suspended metal ceilings make any interior complete, set and support the design direction, promote sound absorption, and the ceiling's high light reflectance has a positive effect on lighting and indoor comfort.
Ceiling and wall systems "ASP-Technology" offer both proven standard and unique design solutions with various options for decorative coating, the ability to create multi-level structures, a wide range of colors, various types of perforation, artistic cutting and plotter printing. Most of the lines have no analogues on the Russian market - for example, the HOOK-ON H-300 ceiling system with dimensions of 600x600 mm, which is made of galvanized steel and has a surface curved in two planes.
Megapolis Group Headquarters
One of the most recent projects successfully implemented in 2017 is the interior of the Megapolis Group of Companies headquarters. The office is located in the business center "Mercury City Tower" in 1st Krasnogvardeisky proezd. The interior design was developed by the UrbanDesignStudio architectural bureau. The atmosphere of a modern and laconic space is formed by contrasting combinations of light and dark tones, matte and glossy surfaces, warm wood and shimmering metal.
For this project, ASP Technology supplied an island-type ceiling system HOOK ON HI - white acoustic metal "islands" accentuate certain areas of the office space. The ANCHOR AN 100 rack ceiling system decorates the coffee point and lounge areas. Raised floors PERFATEN Atlant add home comfort to office premises.
Adidas headquarters in Moscow
Together with the construction company PRIDEX, ASP-Technology in 2016 realized the office of the Adidas company in the Krylatskie Hills business center. The authors of the design project are ABD Architects and Scott Brownrigg. The concept of the Moscow headquarters develops the idea of the interiors of the company's headquarters in Germany with a functional working area, glazed islets for meeting rooms and various ceiling solutions that zone the open space. The atmosphere of the Moscow office is largely shaped by the ANCHOR ceiling system. The lamellas on the ceiling are painted in different colors, which, together with the lighting system, enlivens the overall dark tone of the ceiling. In some areas, lamellas with sublimation "wood imitation" are used. The variety of ceiling solutions softens the monolithic fabric of the PERFATEN Atlant Eco raised floor made of high-density particle board with PVC coating.
AUDI office in Moscow
Together with the construction company PRIDEX, ASP-Technology has implemented a project for an AUDI office in Moscow. Restrained office interiors are designed in noble tones of gray and brown. Metallic surfaces, rational organization of space, laconic monochrome furniture - the entire interior serves as a reminder of the German character of the AUDI car. To decorate the ceilings in this project, panels with expanded mesh in the HOOK-ON system with RAL powder coating were used. Interestingly, on the basis of a standard ceiling system, it was possible to use a system of built-in lamps specially developed for this project. On the other hand, in the communication areas, large designer lamps are used to draw attention to themselves.
SEC "MEGA-Belaya Dacha"
The ASP-Technology company offers an individual approach to projects, resulting in new and unique technologies. So, for the reconstructed transition between the two buildings of the MEGA-Belaya Dacha shopping center, the ANCHOR-Universal system was developed, which allows you to mount the lamellas at any angle and on any surface - be it a ceiling, a wall or an inclined plane. The lamella connectors of the new design ensured perfect joining of the elements. Currently, this system has become quite widespread.
International airport "Strigino"
The list of transport infrastructure objects implemented using PERFATEN wall and ceiling panels is very large. We have already told
about new stations of the Moscow metro and Kurumoch airport in Samara. Nizhny Novgorod air terminal "Strigino" is one of the recent projects - modern, high-tech, with a striking architectural image. The interiors of the terminal correspond to its external appearance. The building has a lot of light and air due to the abundance of glazing and light surfaces. The ceilings supplied by ASP-Technology amaze with their variety: going from hall to hall, you can see panels of deep black color, which are replaced by warm wood, light gloss and translucent mesh. In total, six different ceiling and wall systems were delivered - Hook-on NK 100 and ANCHOR AN 100 suspended ceilings, OR-Y plate-shaped ceiling, rectangular ceiling on a special flexible comb, BASIC CL-300 wall cladding system, as well as a special column cladding system with radius steel cassettes.
Oceanarium on Russky Island
For the aquarium, ASP-Technology has supplied designer curved CANOPY FC ceiling panels. Such panels with built-in media lighting have adorned the halls of the aquarium. The curved shape made the ceiling look like a moving water surface, which emphasized the character and purpose of the entire building.
Facade systems PERFATEN
No less actively metal panels "ASP-Technology" are used for exterior decoration of buildings. Moisture resistant, fireproof, durable, they are also distinguished by high aesthetic properties. Almost all of the same decoration options that are available for wall and ceiling panels are also used for facades: a variety of colors, textures, the ability to apply relief and perforation, the use of volumetric and curved elements. Training center "Albes"
The training center was built on the territory of the Russian production association Albes. Its total area is 1365 m². In addition to ceiling and wall systems, ASP-Technology supplied a decorative curtain wall facade with perforation MIX for this project. The author of the facade design project was Anastasia Purtova, the architect of the AM Studio bureau.
Gazovik stadium in Orenburg
Reconstruction of the Gazovik stadium in Orenburg began back in 2013. The main works concerned the transformation of the stands in order to increase the number of spectator seats. As a result of the reconstruction, the stands received a new bright color scheme that echoes the corporate colors of Gazprom. The outer and side parts of the stands are lined with cassettes of the facade system made of expanded metal mesh produced by ASP-Technology, which added the lightness it lacked to the stadium.
