The site on the Trakhtemyrovsky peninsula above the Dnieper and the Kanevsky reservoir is distinguished by a significant difference in relief, as well as panoramic views of the river and the surrounding natural landscape. Dmytro Aranchii Architects designed an eco-settlement of five villas for the owner of the land, taking into account the unique features of the site.
The houses are located on terraces, thanks to which they themselves and their interiors, despite the panoramic glazing providing connection with the surroundings, are hidden from the eyes of neighbors; no one can be seen from one villa. In addition, dwellings are located as far as possible from each other within the boundaries of their plots of 0.35 hectares.
The villas are inscribed in the relief, which makes them invisible in the landscape, preserving its original state as much as possible; also, the mass of soil helps to maintain the optimum temperature in the interior in winter and summer.
