The Dutch Powerhouse Company created the interior for a six-story building in the center of the Irish capital. The authors of the project do not name their customer, nor do they disclose the amount of the budget, but we are talking about the new office building AerCap House - the headquarters of the largest leasing airline AerCap.

However, the architects still explain that the client is connected with air transportation, and therefore the "streamlining" typical for the interiors of aircraft has passed into the design of the office. Another source of inspiration was mid-century modernism, when the world of passenger aviation was the epitome of quality design - and elegance.

The total area of 6,500 m2 includes a lobby, a dining room, a conference room and a gym (all on the ground floor), two floors of offices with a free plan, two with premises along the facades, and the final, smaller sixth floor with offices of the company's management.

All floors are connected by a spiral staircase sheathed in ebony; Other types of wood, natural stone, white terrazzo and custom carpets have also been used to match the colors with the intended color scheme. LED trenches and brass profiles accentuate the sleek lines of the interior. At the same time, architects were interested not only in decorative details, but also in functional ones: their project eventually received the LEED Platinum certificate.
