The headquarters of the Japanese sportswear manufacturer ASICS in the Dutch city of Hoffdorp is responsible for the company's affairs in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The building is located in one of the greenest and greenest office parks in the Netherlands and overlooks the World Heritage Site of Amsterdam's defensive line.

In terms of the building, which the authors compare with a palazzo - square with a large atrium in the center. There are four office floors in the form of balconies, a pillarless space of 2,800 m2 each. In the center of the atrium is an ASICS World stack of boxes that combine the functions of a meeting place, a podium and a design center. On the ground floor level, it is surrounded by a dining room, Power Health Bar, branded gym and shop. The atrium is crossed by "playful" stairs - a place for informal meetings of employees.
The flexible layout will allow the building to fulfill its function for as long as possible. The abundance of sunlight is combined with protection against overheating: horizontal profiles shade the glass facades. On each floor there are open niche terraces where employees can relax. The building is controlled by a smart system that constantly measures the temperature, light level and CO2 content in the interior, but the climate control program and lighting can be influenced individually using a smartphone app. The building claims to be LEED Gold Eco-certified and the same level
WELL certification, which determines the health status of the users of the building.
