The competition is held annually as part of the Build School exhibition, and its purpose is to demonstrate the current level of design and construction of school buildings and children's educational institutions in Russia. This year, 69 completed and conceptual projects were presented at the show. Moreover, not only for Russian cities. Both professionals and students could participate (in a separate category). The organizers - the Union of Architects of Russia and the Union of Moscow Architects - note that the level of work is growing with each new season, as is the variety of projects' functionality. Here you could also see multidisciplinary educational centers, school and childcare facilities of various capacities, playgrounds and interiors, individual projects and projects for reuse.
