The Bygdøy Peninsula is known primarily for its museums - perhaps the most famous in Oslo: Viking ships, "Kon-Tiki", "Frama", as well as ethnographic, with a wooden stave church. But it is also a very popular residential area - there is even a king's estate there.

One of the villas on the peninsula, built in 1916, with a 6.5 hectare park in its modern English spirit, until 2012 served as the residence of the Ambassador of Canada. Then residential development became possible, but the status of the historical structure determined its scheme: along the perimeter of the garden.

As a result, there were six buildings-villas accommodating apartments. From the east - three "park", between the street and the park. From the west - "garden", overlooking the park and the green area between the sites. The scale of the buildings is typical of Bugdøy. The residents have terraces, the owners of the apartments on the ground floor of the "garden" villas have their own gardens. The privacy is ensured by green hedges - the existing linden and the new beech.

The image of the houses is defined by light bricks of an elongated format with matching seams. It is set off by oak doors and dark lacquered window frames. Green roofs are planted with stonecrop.
