The office center "Fregat" on Chernyshevsky Street in Saratov appeared in 2006 in a building built in the 1980s (architects - Saratovgrazhdanproekt). However, not so long ago it underwent a large-scale reconstruction. The alteration included the renovation of all ten floors and the hall, the replacement of engineering systems, renovation of the facade and improvement of the adjacent territory. The redesign project was developed by the Saratov architectural bureau SNOU. Experts left the complex with its former name and kept the existing - "bird" - concept, but put new meanings into the project 15 years ago.

The project was based on the image of a frigate - a tropical bird with bright black and red plumage. This image is present in the colors and structure of the building envelope, as well as the spirit of freedom that hovers in the corridors of the office complex.

The facade of the business center is partially faced with perforated panels manufactured by GRADAS. The architects opted for hinged cassettes made of 2 mm thick anthracite aluminum (RAL 7915). Suspended volumetric facades gave the morally obsolete building a fresh and stylish look.

GRADAS: development of an individual project for a hinged ventilated facade

GRADAS is not only the production of elements of suspended volumetric facades according to the customer's drawings. Our own design office is able to offer the client a detailed design of the facade in accordance with existing technical standards. In-house architects will help you decide on visual solutions, develop the design and structure of the facade, suggest interesting shapes and up-to-date color solutions.

Laser cutting, punching holes, bending, welding, milling, painting, manufacturing of stainless steel products - this is not a complete list of technological operations that we offer to the Customer.
