A pair of glass prism towers with a height of 155 m, built in the early 1980s by ABB Architekten, after the completion of the restructuring, will consume half the energy than they do now. Also, the volume of CO2 emitted by this office complex into the environment will be reduced by 50%.

The project's budget is about 200 million euros, and with such a scale, Bellini's project is the most ambitious plan for such an eco-reconstruction to date.

By the summer of 2010, it is planned to install gas heating and buffer cooling systems in the office complex, and replace the façade glazing with a new one with a greater degree of protection from ultraviolet rays. Also, now the windows in the building can be opened, which will reduce the need for air conditioning. Hot water for kitchens and bathrooms will be heated by solar panels installed at the base of the building.

At the same time, the old climate control system will be dismantled, and the vacated space will be occupied by new offices. Bellini also included in the project the creation of a new lobby, larger conference rooms and open-plan office space.
