RHEINZINK invites roofers to a training course, which will be held in Moscow in the form of seminars from the second half of January to the beginning of March 2015.

Theoretical part:

- Occupational Safety and Health. Safety precautions. Security systems.
- RHEINZINK company. The history of titanium-zinc.
- Titanium-zinc material RHEINZINK - types of surfaces, properties, physical and technical characteristics, installation features.
- Drainage system, types, types, installation, calculation examples, temperature expansion compensation, various solutions.
- Functions of the elements of the roof structure, typical errors.
- Seamed roofing technology, areas of application. Types of folds, design features, depending on the selected material.
- Diverse roofing and façade cladding techniques developed by RHEINZINK. Examples of execution.
- Various options for roof and facade designs.
- Templates and reamers of complex elements of roofing in folded technique.
Workshops:
- Forming and ending the double standing seam manually.
- Forming and finishing of double standing seam by machine.
- Establishing a double standing seam on a vertical plane.
- Placing a smooth sheet on two vertical planes (envelope).
- Bypassing a rectangular chimney using the double standing seam technique.
- Forming envelopes on the hip. Fold in the form of a "T" profile.
- The joint of roofing pictures.
