Each system of the SKY Moving Glass Architecture Studio has its own area of application. Often, the company's specialists have to solve rather non-trivial tasks. Such a task was the project of a fireplace house, which entailed the development of a separate typology. The fireplace house is ideal for organizing family celebrations, celebrations and business negotiations. Glazing systems allow you to open the opening to its full length so that in summer the house functions as an open terrace. In winter, the space is completely closed, creating a cozy atmosphere by the fireplace.
The project was made possible by the launch in 2014 of the F4 Thermo frame glazing system. This warm sliding system was created for the northern regions of Russia, taking into account the high requirements for thermal insulation.
Thanks to the aluminum frame with thermal inserts and sealing rubber bands, the F4 Thermo technology allows you to retain heat without loss during severe frosts and in cold climates, and also protects the room from overheating in hot weather, reaching a value of the heat transfer coefficient Uv equal to 1.74 w / (m2K).
Thermal insulating inserts create a thermal break, which divides the profile into "cold" and "warm" parts, preventing heat loss in the premises. When choosing double-glazed windows for complex projects, the specialists of the Studio of Architecture of Moving Glass YuBK also adhere to a special approach. As a rule, tempered glass is used on the outside and low-emissivity glass on the inside. Despite installation in northern latitudes, the maximum panel height can reach 5000 mm and the width is 1200 mm.
Fully assembled with a clever insulation system, the F4 Thermo not only copes well with weather conditions, but also protects the room from any external sounds. At the same time, an important fact is that only the upper guides are used to move the panels, leaving the floor absolutely clean.
