On December 17, a new issue of the "Housing Issue" went on the air, in which ROTO FRANK LLC took part together with the partner company "Business-M". Within the framework of the program, an urgent topic was raised - the adaptation of premises to the special needs of people with disabilities.
ROTO FRANK continues to actively use in its projects products designed for people with limited mobility. The task of the latest issue of the "Housing Question" was to adapt the apartment of the main character, Ksenia Bezuglova, who was forced to move in a wheelchair.
A special solution was selected for Ksenia - installation of window systems with Roto NT Komfort fittings. The Roto NT Komfort handle is located horizontally at the bottom of the frame, which makes it possible to reach the handle even while sitting. Thanks to the extended lever, the handles of heavy and large structures weighing up to 50 kg can be easily opened and opened. Forced control is integrated into the Roto NT Komfort window, which makes it possible to open the system effortlessly and provide comfortable ventilation of the room, as well as make the window operation more convenient for people with disabilities.
The main character liked the result of the alteration very much: "You can independently open the windows, move freely in space and feel how accessible everything that surrounds you, without resorting to anyone's help."
