ROCKWOOL, a manufacturer of sound and heat insulation made of non-combustible stone wool, for the second year in a row has been a partner of the ARKHproekt All-Russian professional competition of architectural and design projects for students and young architects. This year the company presented its Rockpanel panel special nomination, in which 9 projects will be awarded.
The ARHproject competition was established by the CDS Group in April 2016. The project identifies and supports talented youth from all over the country, and also helps to realize their creative potential. The jury is composed of renowned authorities in the construction industry, architecture, art and design.
In the new season, 3 nominations are presented: “The best project of the entrance group”, “The best project of the facades of a multi-storey building”, “The best proposal for the interior of an apartment”. One of the mandatory requirements for the special nomination from ROCKWOOL is the use of Rockpanel panels in the project, the raw material for the production of which is natural stone of volcanic origin. Students, bachelors, masters, graduate students, students and graduates of 2012-2018 can take part in the competition. higher educational institutions of the Russian Federation, as well as secondary vocational educational institutions over 16 years old. These can be both individual authors and creative teams of up to 3 people.
CDS Group gives young architects the opportunity to present their work to a professional jury and get the opportunity to win the main prize - a paid internship in the company for a successful career start. The finalists of the competition will also receive valuable gifts from partners.
