More than 4,000 buildings this year claimed the title of "Buildings of the Year" according to the architectural site ArchDaily. The editors of the site are sure: in order to evaluate architecture, you do not need to be a prominent expert. Therefore, the winners are annually determined by a "popular" vote. Projects published on ArchDaily in 2018 could participate in this season of the Building of the Year award. There were about 40 of them in Russia, and three - the Nike Box MSK sports center in Gorky Park, “House with a chandelier” in Nikola-Lenivets and Skoltech University - made it to the finals, but were not among the 15 winners.
