In addition, the architects proposed a project for the regeneration of the adjacent Sibeliuspark park. Now it is not very popular with the townspeople, but after the transformation, the situation should change: it will renew its appearance, and also there will be built residential buildings combined into blocks for a total of 260 apartments.
Various educational and sports institutions, as well as commercial enterprises associated with these two areas, will appear on the territory of the Talentenkampus (“Campus of Talents”). The buildings will be connected by an elongated ribbon of public space. Next to the construction site is the stadium of the local football club TOP Oss: this circumstance will help make the new area more popular.
The Talentenkampus area and the renovated Sibeliuspark will become a kind of "gateway" to Oss: they will be located at the entrance to the city from the south.
