"Cité Des Affaires" (Business City) contains the offices of various government agencies - the regional building agency, the tax office, the municipality, etc. They are complemented by a common cafe and canteen (all together covering an area of 25 thousand m2).
The location of the complex gives it an important urban planning significance: it is located near the main station, between the city center and the new Châteaucre district. The directions of the streets converging at this point were reflected in the project in the form of a complex configuration of the structure, reminiscent of a crawling snake. The similarity aggravates the color: the external gray facades are complemented by the yellow "belly" of the internal surfaces of the volumes and the lower sides of the cantilever arms.
