The multifunctional complex V on Shenton is located in the Central Business District of the metropolis. A feature that distinguishes it from neighboring buildings is a 53-storey residential tower (237 m). The offices occupying the second building (23 floors, 123 m) and the base uniting both parts are a much more familiar program for this part of the city.
The answer to the tropical climate was the solution of the facades. They are composed of five types of hexagonal glass panels, which should give them texture, and most importantly, shade interiors and reflect excess sunlight.
The smooth outlines of the complex are emphasized by the smooth ribbons of "bevels" running along the ends and along the main facades. In the dark, they will be highlighted.
Several "heavenly gardens" will be arranged in the IFC, from where the panorama of the center of Singapore will open. Vertical landscaping of facades is also provided.
