Facade structures AluWALL® system for this building was designed, produced in its own production, supplied and installed at the facility by AluWALL-SMK. Hinged facade system AluWALL® system is not only bright colors and high accuracy of installation, but also fire safety, as well as sound, moisture and thermal insulation of buildings. A total of 40,000 m2 of aluminum facade panels were manufactured, including radius panels for columns. And thanks to the wide color palette of PVD coating, covering the entire NCS scale, there were no problems with color selection.

In 2011, at the Zodchestvo festival, the building of the center was awarded the Crystal Daedalus award, in 2012 - House of the Year award as "The brightest social project of the year". In 2013. Center for Pediatric Hematology awarded by the jury of the European Property Awards.

SMK has successfully applied the AluWALL ventilated facade system in the construction of the Million Scarlet Roses residential building in Moscow, Saburovo.

The residential building, named "Million of Scarlet Roses", is a rather complex architectural structure, consisting of three 20-storey sections. Vertical bay windows, vaguely reminiscent of giant striped columns with snow-white capitals, make this block of multi-storey residential buildings at least noticeable among mostly typical Moscow housing. "Columns" are formed from round balconies-loggias, the high-quality cladding of which became possible thanks to the use of AluWALL radius aluminum panels® system of the company SMK, in the house they used 24,000 sq. m.

The structural scheme of the building is based on a monolithic reinforced concrete frame. The outer walls of the object are also made in a monolith. Moreover, in accordance with the first version of the project, the enclosing structures were supposed to be plastered over insulation. But it turned out that even taking into account the upcoming operating costs, it turned out that the hinged system "AluWALL" with an air gap is even cheaper.

The most difficult issue that SMK specialists had to solve when facing bay windows was the issue of drainage of rain streams. The drainage system was brought under the traverse system, through which water flows down to the low tide and then goes into the traverse. To increase the corrosion resistance, the frame elements are coated with a layer of thermosetting polyester paint 80 µm thick. The “AluWALL” system takes into account the operating conditions of the facility: when developing the design scheme of the facade, the wind load that occurs at the highest point of the facility (at a height of 66 m) was taken as the calculated value. Therefore, all hinged elements (flat or curved in plan along an arc) made of aluminum sheet 1.5-2 mm thick and reinforced with stiffeners.

Three-dimensional structures of a rather complex configuration, installed above the bay windows, were originally planned to be cast from concrete. However, such an architectural form was not only difficult to manufacture, but also to raise to a height of 60 m. The designers of SMK proposed their solution: hyperbolic paraboloids are a fairly lightweight structure consisting of a frame and hinged cladding elements made of sheet aluminum that can be easily rolled.

A new multi-storey project in Zelenograd, also completed with the use of the AluWALL ventilated facade system. Facade cassettes made of Finnish Ruukki steel with PVDF coating were used at the facility. The PVDF coating is intended for critical facades, has excellent UV resistance and a permanent appearance.

A high degree of structural stability and a fairly high installation speed, as well as the ability to install at any time of the year, make the AluWALL system attractive for builders and customers
