The complex with an area of 14,000 m2 consists of two 13-storey towers united by a stylobate. It will be built along one of the central streets of Bogota - Septima Avenue. From the north, the building site borders on the picturesque Del Chico Park, and a small rocky waterfall serves as a kind of buffer between the natural and urbanized area.
It was the proximity of the latter that largely dictated the architectural and planning solution of the residential complex: one of the buildings is a laconic parallelepiped, while the second has the shape of an acute-angled prism. This "nose" not only develops the cliff theme set by the natural environment, but also provides the apartments with spectacular and varied views of the city. By the way, if architects place two apartments per floor in a building of a more complex shape (apartments with four bedrooms), then in a parallelepiped it is planned to make only one apartment per floor, which combines a spacious studio and three isolated rooms.
In addition to the lobby, the common stylobate for the two buildings houses a swimming pool and a spa complex, a gym and a children's play center, as well as landscaped and landscaped recreation areas. Additional public space will be created on the roof of the complex, where it will be possible to sunbathe and enjoy the views of Bogota on the wooden terraces.
The facades of the complex are finished with Richard Mayer's favorite materials - light stone and glass, designed to emphasize the intimacy and discretion of the building in relation to the immediate environment. Natural materials are planned to be used in interior decoration - the natural beauty of wood and stone is designed to emphasize the snow-white surfaces and large-scale stained-glass windows, as well as works of modern art and emphasized modern furniture.
