The park was designed by architects Hector Fernández Elorsa and Manuel Fernández Ramírez. It is located parallel to Ronda Ispanidad Avenue, between the Safiro Street roundabout and the historic Aragonese Imperial Canal. This object, 415 m long and 60 m wide, is designed to shield residential buildings from a noisy highway, solve the problems of rainwater runoff, soften the relief difference and become the "face" of your area.

The structure of impressive length serves as a sound barrier covering the residential area along its northwestern border, where a busy highway passes. This function is perfectly matched by the construction of gabions (wire baskets with stones), which absorbs sound well. The same structure serves as a retaining wall that strengthens the slope. The fact is that the relief difference between the highway and the territory of the new residential area reaches 14 meters. Where the slope comes close to the road, the gabions form four large steps 1.5 meters wide. Shallow ramps for the passage of service vehicles are built into the sound barrier wall.

In the south-west of the park, the relief drops to nothing, and the steps turn into a cyclopean 10-meter wall, 100 m long, which has become a barrier to noise. She is also a local landmark. The wall covers a recessed area, or flat flowing pool, which is connected to the residential area and the city level by four wide staircases.

The recessed pool area will be a refuge for the townspeople from the dry and cold sierzo wind, since it will serve as a public space for most of the year. But during periods of heavy rain, it will turn into a shallow reservoir with a total area of more than 3,150 m2 for excess rainwater. The reservoir will limit the amount of water entering the local drainage system that cannot handle the load during peak periods. The gabion structure itself also lightens the stress on this system, as it is essentially a hydrophilic structure that absorbs a large amount of rainwater. For example, using a gabion façade, Bavarian architect Titus Bernhard completely abandoned downspouts and drainage in his 9x9 House project in Augsburg.

Park "Venice" is a multifunctional object, which, in addition to solving the above-described utilitarian tasks, is also a carefully planned recreational area for the surrounding areas, rising from the track level by a series of platforms-squares with a soft and hard surface, where light metal canopies indicate viewpoints, pine groves, and ramps lead visitors to the historical monument - the Aragonese Imperial Canal.
