The Urban Ranch residential complex is located in the village of Chubinskoye, an hour's drive from Kiev, not far from the airport. It is separated from the busy Boryspil highway by a green massif and an equestrian club, it also borders on the Erdem suburban recreation complex, across the road is the modern Novoseltsevo residential complex. All around this nascent urban structure are summer cottages and cottages.
The complex consists of eight sectional houses: one of them stands apart, the rest form two open permeable quarters: larger and smaller. The courtyard space of the larger block was complicated by the L-shaped house in the center, which probably appeared there at the behest of the developer for a set of square meters. However, the architects placed it in such a way that a significant part of the windows looks not into the windows opposite, but into the sections between the houses. Instead of one large courtyard, it turned out to be several cozy spaces, united by a footpath. The courtyards are free of cars: for them there is a spacious outdoor parking next to the complex.
All houses are made up of three types of sections: flat roof, terrace and pitched roof. Their combination gives the complex a silhouette and variety, which is enhanced by color, the ridge of the roof sets the accents. The houses are 6-7 storey, some also have attics. All this is in the trend of modern Kiev architecture - it is not difficult, for example, to notice some similarity with a color LCD"

However, the similarity within the framework of a positive trend associated with the desire to create a comfortable urban space is understandable, predictable, and tends to the unity of architectural morphology.
There are a total of 865 apartments in the complex, from studios with an area of 35 m2 up to five-room apartments with terraces, all with panoramic windows. Urban Ranch is the bureau's first large-scale project to be developed using BIM modeling.
The conditionality of the real estate name "ranch" as applied to the city housing estate is obvious - however, the name is understandable: not far from the horse farm, around a field and forest, next to a small pond next to a sports ground and a kindergarten.
The project received a diploma "Prize of the National Union of Architects of Ukraine 2017" in the category "Multi-apartment residential buildings".
