LSR Group has released a line of unique clinker bricks for the NEVA HAUS house on Petrovsky Island. The clinker in several colors was custom made according to the architectural concept of the building.
The clinker brick chosen for the NEVA HAUS project has the best properties: water absorption of no more than 4% and frost resistance of 100 cycles, which corresponds to one hundred years. In fact, its frost resistance is even higher, but GOST prescribes testing only for 100 cycles. Clinker brick has not only high frost resistance and low water absorption, but also unsurpassed strength and excellent appearance.
The size of the brick is also unique: 210 x 100 x 45 mm. In order to bring the NEVA HAUS project to life, the architects of the Evgeny Gerasimov & Partners bureau chose a non-standard size, which is not included in GOST 530-2012. For the production of this format, LSR Group purchased special equipment. The investment cost was about 5 million rubles, a Freimatic cutting table was purchased, which made it possible to cut 50 mm bricks.

“Forming tooling, equipment for applying the second layer of engobe using spray nozzles has been purchased, new software has been developed for the movement of bricks along transport systems, including planting and unloading bricks from the kiln car,” says Alexey Onishchenko, Commercial Director of LSR LLC Wall.
LSR Group has already started finishing works with clinker bricks for the facade of NEVA HAUS. Before that, a test brick wall was laid out - the result exceeded all expectations, after which the main work began. This combination of colors, sizes and clinker technology makes this brick absolutely unique on the Russian market.

The NEVA HAUS residential complex consists of eight buildings, each, according to the architects' plan, will differ in an individual tone of brick and its own pattern of a large ornamental structure, to which in each case the entire facade is subordinated. The clarity of the pattern and rhythm in combination with the nuanced variety of textures of clinker bricks in natural shades is the hallmark of NEVA HAUS being built in St. Petersburg - a complex that combines the respectability of classical traditions and the latest achievements in the field of construction technology. The ventilated facade system will provide houses with durability, increased sound and thermal insulation.
