The new building of the Palace of Arts is the largest concert and theater venue in the Ural Federal District. The project was designed by the Serbian architect Slobodan Drinjakovic. Italian designer Lucio Mikiletti worked on the design.

Each of the halls is equipped with the latest modern equipment, which will allow holding events of any format at the highest level in the Neftyanik Palace of Arts. The technical equipment of the complex has no analogues in Russia. The stage of the concert and theater hall is unique: it is ready to accept projects of various types, including tours of the theater, opera, ballet, circus. It is equipped with a multi-level orchestra pit, five lifting and lowering platforms, a turntable for technically challenging performances, fly-by-wire lifting mechanisms, sinkhole hatches, a flight device, a unique audiovisual complex and a stage lighting system. The hall can simultaneously accommodate 1127 spectators.

For the lessons of vocal and choreographic ensembles, creative studios in the building of the Palace of Arts, there are 2 small and 2 large choreographic classes, 3 classes for vocal lessons, a theater studio, an animation studio, 4 rooms for individual lessons for artists. The exhibition space is located in the hall on the third floor, where there is a lot of light from a large panoramic window. The premises are specially designed for holding various exhibitions, opening days, expositions, salons.

Surgutneftegaz is a Russian oil company established in 1993 following the merger of various former state-owned companies with large oil and gas reserves in eastern Siberia. The central office of the company is located in Surgut.

Surgutneftegaz pays special attention to territorial needs and for this program it was decided to implement a new theater for the city of Surgut - the Neftyanik Palace of Arts. The theater of impressive size is equipped with all the latest technologies, Riverclack was chosen for its roofing.

5000 m2 Riverclack systems from natural aluminum alloy 5754, have been rolled on site with profiling machine Riverclack, panel lengths from 20.100 to 35.000 m.

On-site production that turned aluminum sheet coils into Riverclack took just 2 days. Thanks to the excellent organization at the construction site, all lifting and installation work was completed in less than 15 days, while the work was carried out in extreme conditions: with wind, snow and low temperatures.

This project, together with such as the Irina Viner-Usmanova Central Chess Center in Luzhniki, Pulkovo Airport in St. Petersburg, Kurumoch Airport in Samara, Kemerovo Airport and many others, strengthens Riverclack's presence in Russia, proving once again that Italian technology is excellent. took root in Russia.
