FunderMax is actively working in this direction and was the first to bring a new innovative training standard called Compact Academy to the Russian market.
Compact Academy - a series of seminars held on a regular basis for installation companies. The Compact Academy is held all over the world in a uniform format. Not only FunderMax specialists are involved in this event, but also leading experts from international and local companies participating in the curtain wall systems (NFS) market.
The main goal of the Compact Academy is to train highly qualified specialists in the field of installation of hinged ventilated facades with HPL cladding, as well as to provide detailed information on the possibilities of using FunderMax panels as part of the LFS structure.
The Compact Academy seminar consists of two parts: theoretical and practical.
The theoretical part takes up a smaller part of the seminar and is mainly devoted to recommendations for the use of materials that are used to create a curtain ventilated facade.
The main time of the seminar is devoted to the practical part. Participants are divided into groups and assigned to the stands. Each group, under the supervision of experts, independently carries out the installation of a ventilated facade using Max Compact Exterior panels with visible and hidden fastening methods.

Also, during the practical part, the participants of the seminar actively share and exchange experience and knowledge among themselves.
All this together contributes to a detailed understanding and comprehension of the main aspects of processing and installation of Max Compact Exterior cladding panels.
Information about the specialists of the installers who have been trained by the Compact Academy is entered into the internal register of FunderMax. At the end of the training, specialists who have successfully completed the training are awarded a certificate and they can be recommended to customers for installation work using Max Compact Exterior. The customer, in turn, receives additional confidence and guarantees that the installation work will be performed in compliance with the manufacturer's recommendations.
Seminars in the Compact Academy format started in 2019 and were held in cities such as Moscow, Smolensk, Krasnodar, Grozny and Kazan. In the fall of 2020, it is also planned to hold the Compact Academy in several million-plus cities and regional centers.
