A 31-storey house has appeared in the Islington area. It was important for the architects to make it visually distinct from the City skyscrapers, so instead of a smooth glazed facade, it received a complex pattern of ribbons, among other things, forming small "communities" of several apartments: this should serve to create good neighborly relations. In addition, the embossed walls protect the interior from excessive sunlight and heat, and the building as a whole from the draft of the wind downward, preventing the occurrence of a local "hurricane" at the foot of Canaletto (this often happens with high-rise buildings).
You can admire the panoramas of London from the terraces and balconies that all apartments have received. The aluminum surfaces of the facade details contrast with the textured materials in the interiors.
The building has 190 apartments of various sizes, from studios to a penthouse that owns the entire roof. On the lower levels there is a restaurant (open to all comers), a swimming pool, spa and gym, a media room (essentially a cinema), and on the 24th floor there is a club for residents with a terrace.
