The Jesolo Lido condominium is the final part of the ensemble of the same name, the project of which has been implemented by the workshop of Richard Mayer for the past 10 years. Together with the hotel and the complex of low-rise rental houses

Jesolo Lido Village is a new 9-storey residential building forming a small, cozy area with its own promenade and pedestrian square. Located on the first line of the coastal development, the complex, like the hotel, is oriented perpendicular to the sea and is surrounded by several cozy patios and outdoor pools.

The new building develops the architectural theme of its "neighbors": it is the same laconic snow-white volume, the image of which is built on the alternation of open balconies and loggias, protected by horizontal blinds stretched along the entire facade. In total, the complex includes 47 apartments, six of which are located on the ground floor and have separate entrances.

In addition to housing, the ground floor of the building houses a lobby with a reception area and a spa. The two upper levels are dedicated to penthouses, each with its own outdoor pool and terrace overlooking the sea and nearby Venice. There are five such “houses on the roof” in total, and they stand out in the structure of the building as five almost completely glazed superstructures, which visually breaks up a single volume and gives it a more expressive silhouette.
