The area of 5.87 hectares allocated for the construction of a shopping and entertainment complex is located in the western part of the Drozhzhino-2 microdistrict near Moscow, stretched along the Varshavskoye highway and the high-speed tram line. In addition to retail space and technical premises, the complex will include a parking lot, a cinema, a food court, restaurants, an ice rink and a fitness center with a swimming pool and gym.
The winner of the competition was the Megan / Nowadays team. The second, third and fourth places were taken respectively by "Adamant-project", VTK under the leadership of A. A. Asadov and Mosproject. The competition was organized by the Regional Center for Urban Studies commissioned by the MORTON Group of Companies. ***

Project Meganom / Nowadays
The volumetric-plastic solution reflects the variety of functions inside the shopping and entertainment complex. Forming a comfortable public space and, among other advantages, possessing proportions commensurate with a person, the project demonstrates a respectful attitude towards the future neighboring development - a residential area. This can be facilitated by the coexistence of contrasting materials in the decoration of the building, and an exploited and partially green roof with domed volumes arranged on it, covering and denoting certain zones - an ice rink, a stadium - and reflecting the variety of the complex's content.

Adamant project
The long facades, east and west, are almost symmetrical and have a clearly accentuated center with entrances. From the side facing the high-rise buildings, the blind wings of the complex flank a transparent risalit, rounded in plan, with visible load-bearing structures. The complex resembles the buildings of the international communities in Brussels.
Third place
VTK under the leadership of A. A. Asadova
The facade facing Varshavskoe shosse is designed to be easy to perceive while driving on the highway. Smooth, horizontally elongated sinusoids of the design of this facade are also consonant with fast movement. From the side of the future microdistrict, the facade imitates buildings erected on the same street and standing close to each other, which form a tiny urban "organism", formed not overnight, but successively built up by different owners and architects.

Mosproject
Bright colors liven up, and the smooth curves of the roof visually soften the regular rectangular elements of the facades. The volume of the building is built on giving "irregularity" to strict orthogonal forms - like colored cubes, they are shifted relative to each other.
