The company "Absolute Real Estate" is building a residential complex "Residence Skolkovo. Wonderland "in the middle of the village of Zarechye in a convenient neighborhood with the recently developed Meshchersky Park, an innograd, a business school - and surrounded by many expensive residential complexes of varying degrees of novelty. The area is one of the most expensive in the Moscow region. On a territory with a total area of about 50 hectares, 20 residential buildings with underground parking and two separate buildings for ground parking, a school with a stadium, and 2 kindergartens should appear. The construction of the first stage - two nine-storey houses and one kindergarten called "Little Einsteins" - has already been completed, in 2016 another kindergarten will open; 4 houses of the second stage are under construction. The third phase will add 14 houses and a school.

The scale and master plan of the residential complex correspond to modern ideas about a comfortable residential area: it was designed, according to the developers, according to the quarterly principle. Not all houses, however, have been turned into closed brackets around the courtyards - there is even a long five-section house in the second phase. But the inner territories are closed to cars and landscaped. The Kompan company constructs developmental playgrounds for different ages. When everything is built, the green boulevard will become the public center of the residential complex, which developers interpret as “a city within a city”.

The undoubted advantage of the "Land of Wonders" is not too high altitude: the houses of the first and second stages are nine-storey. The facades of the second stage - light, modernist - combine large windows with thin lintels in restrained tones. Mostly light - white and muted sand with splashes of yellow ocher and dark gray accents of staircase and elevator blocks and plinths.

It is planned to use a total of 20,000 m² of EQUITONE [tectiva] composite fiber cement panels for the classic dark gray and light beige tones on the facades of four houses of the second stage of the RC “Wonderland”. Their delicate, but visible texture made it possible to create a respectable, restrained, but at the same time contrasting and light background for bright inserts and emphasize the delicate pattern of the facades.
