The Coop Himmelb (l) au building in Kemerovo is the second stage of the Siberian Art Cluster (general contractor - JSC Stroytransgaz). The first, educational, is already under construction and should be commissioned in 2021: it will be a choreographic academy (a branch of the Moscow State Academy of Arts), a higher school of musical and theatrical arts (a branch of the Russian State Institute for the Arts), an ordinary and music secondary school (a branch of the Central Music School at the Moscow Conservatory), dormitories for students students, housing for teachers.

For the comfort of the women of Kuzbass, architects Coop Himmelb (l) au and

Gorka Group of Companies. Their complex will appear on the banks of the Iksitimka River, between Sovetskiy and Pritomskiy Avenues and Michurina Street: a park zone will be created there, a new bridge will be built. This is a site in the central part of Kemerovo, east of the Philharmonic.

The functional program of the building is as follows: a "cloud" for a hall for 950 spectators (the Opera and Ballet Theater is a branch of the Mariinsky Theater), a chamber hall in the podium for 300 seats, two "crystals" - for a branch of the Russian Museum and for the Kuzbass Arts Center with a cinema and concert complex, as well as a lobby with a restaurant and exhibition areas on the podium floors - Austrian architects plan that it will be open 24/7 and will become an important all-weather public space for Kemerovo.
