In 2-Syromyatnichesky lane, vl. 11/16, near the Kursk railway station, it is planned to build a complex of the permanent representation of the Chechen Republic under the President of the Russian Federation (JSB "Ostozhenka", architect D. V. Gusev). On the territory of the future development, there was once a church, then a small hospital, which also did not survive, and in the end the town-planning site at the intersection of 2-Syromyatnicheskaya street and 3-Syromyatnichesky lane turned out to be empty. Near this place is the main house of the city estate of the Dolgoruky family with chambers of the 18th century, the showiness of which, according to the expert, is now enhanced by the fact that it began to go out on the red line of the street. The relief of the area and the proximity to the monument dictated the complex geometry of the new complex, which faces the streets with curved "pot-bellied" facades, and into the courtyard, towards the estate - with a strict rectangular volume. As the head of the 15th workshop of Mosproekt-2 Boris Bode, who is responsible for observing the city's city plan, noted, “the project, thank God, was always carried out by one author and this fourth version of it corresponds both to the administrative document of the customer and issued by ARI”. With this, the draft was adopted, without amendments, "as corresponding to the documents."

Along Spiridonovka there is a gray residential building (property 22/2), built in the 1930s. architect Voloshin. A little later, the architect Polyakov completed the corner tower, as it was supposed to be according to the original project. Now, on the opposite side of this tower, "at the beginning of the house", in the attic space there is an architectural studio "Potter" (headed by A. G. Borodavchenko), which, in order to increase the area, designed a superstructure above the attic of another floor, which turned into a smaller corner tower … The experts' assumption that the superstructure of a “non-monument” may become a reason to make it such was justified. After considering the project, the Moscow Heritage Committee decided to investigate this "stylish" house, since it looks like "it has all the features of a monument." As a result, the experts decided to withdraw the project until the status of the building was determined, and if everything remains the same, the third option will be taken as a basis, where a two-storey superstructure with a gable roof echoes the existing corner volume.

In Maly Savvinsky lane, property 8a, near the secondary school and on its territory, it is planned to build a universal sports complex "Sambo" (LLC "Celtic +", architect A. Gevorkyan). As the architects assure, the complex is designed exclusively for schoolchildren, but experts noted that despite the fact that the new building is going to be located five meters from the school, a warm transition has not been made between them, as is now customary. And in general - why is the universal complex, and even for the needs of the entire school called "Sambo"? Citing the old name, the authors argued that the complex includes a basketball court and many different sports facilities. However, doubts about the “school” function of the building were confirmed by the presence of a massage room and a cafe that strongly resembles a bar. In addition, the experts found the complex's shape strange and its location in the block, claiming to be central. In this connection, Viktor Sheredega asked the authors to decide on the title of the building, on which the area will depend, and to apply for approval of the construction to the City Education Committee.

On the territory of the Paveletskaya industrial zone, where already now, according to the program of the Moscow Government, industrial enterprises are being withdrawn, on the site of one of the factory buildings on Letnikovskaya street, vl. 6a, it is planned to build a hotel and administrative complex (CJSC Poisk 1, architect LV Yapryntseva). The pre-project of the complex contains half of the ground part, 20 thousand sq. M. will be occupied by a mid-level hotel with 214 rooms, the second half will be occupied by plant administrations and offices, and another third of the area will be allocated to an underground parking lot for 400 cars. In the updated master plan, this project is taken into account, however, experts asked the question of the car's cross-country ability and expressed doubts about the excessive volume of office spaces included in the complex - in terms of the latter, the authors were recommended to leave the same volume that exists at the plant now. They decided to send the project to the district commission and then consider it again.

For several years now, in Milyutinsky Lane, in an almost ruined state without a roof, stands the manor house of 1842 by the architect N. I. Yakunin (owner 10), which was owned for a long time by the famous professorial Colli family. The outbuilding of the estate is a monument, but the house is not, but it has an important memorial value. Now the two-storey building is going to be restored (LLC "City Architectural and Consulting Bureau PIAR"). The first two floors and the unique corrugated vaults of the cellars are planned to be restored completely in accordance with the original context. However, the main house of the estate is going not only to be restored, but also to be built on - either with a glass floor, or with a "half-floor", in which the apartments will be located. The experts rejected any "free" options and asked to bring to the methodological council at least one project that fully corresponds to the existing building.
