The project of a hotel complex on the territory of Tram Park No. 1 in St. Petersburg
Department of Architecture, St. Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering.
Specialization: Architectural design of buildings and structures.

Project of transformation of the Spinning and Thread Mill named after CM. Kirov
Department of Architectural Design, St. Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering.
Specialization: Architecture of residential and public buildings.
Dissertation topic: Conversion of industrial territories of textile enterprises.
Thanks to the implementation of this project, it becomes possible to combine green areas - such as the Smolny Monastery complex, the territory of the Alexander Nevsky Lavra and the Tavrichesky Garden - into a single system. This requires additional landscaping of the streets and the creation of a "green" bridge over the Sinop embankment. On the site of a textile enterprise, the author proposes to create a multifunctional center. It is planned to place four buildings on the projected site. One of them is a preserved factory building containing office, retail, exhibition space and a hotel. The rest of the buildings are new (educational building, sports center and sound bar).

Project of a horizontal skyscraper on the territory of Tram Park No. 3 in St. Petersburg
Department of Architectural Design, St. Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering.
Specialization: Architectural design of buildings and structures.
Dissertation topic: Horizontal skyscraper, multifunctional complex in St. Petersburg, principles of shaping.
The multifunctional complex, designed by the author in the form of a horizontal skyscraper, is located in the Petrogradsky district of St. Petersburg - the greenest part of the city center. The structure of the complex includes both new objects and historical buildings. The new buildings of the horizontal skyscraper, overhanging the former tram depots, are designed in a futuristic way, which emphasizes the industrial past of the site, while not creating dissonance with the nature of the existing buildings. The presence of open landscaped public areas under the buildings allows the complex to become a place of attraction for residents of the area.

Seismic resistant hotel building project in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky
Department of Architectural Design, St. Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering.
Specialization: Architecture of residential and public buildings.
Dissertation topic: Formation of public buildings in earthquake-prone areas.
The hotel was designed for the Mishennaya Sopka, which is located near the center of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. The choice of the area is due to the presence there of a beautiful view, developed infrastructure, as well as convenient transport links. The hotel building is geometrically simple in plan and consists of four modules. The shape of the pyramid, according to the author's conclusion, is the most resistant to seismic loads.
